Kildonan 24 – 26 October

I’d forgotten what winter gold panning was all about but I had a good taste of it over three days last weekend. It was stormy and wet and the rain gradually turned to sleet over the weekend. The river was high and the water was freezing. But we had a good time and we even found a little gold!

See if you can spot me in my bright yellow dry suit!

My Martin 12 String Guitar

Every car I’ve ever had has deteriorated noticely the longer I’ve owned it with the exception of one – a Mercedes 190E. The longer I had that car the more I loved it. It had no faults or bad habits or rattles or squeaks, it loved being driven and seemed to improve with age.

It’s been the same with guitars. Every guitar I’ve owned has eventually annoyed me to the point I wanted to change it. With the exception of one – a Martin 12 string. I’ve had it for about 2 years and bought it new and it’s been a real joy getting to know. It just seems to mellow and become sweeter with age. Thought I’d introduce you to this wonderful instrument which I love so much.

I’m not so much a guitarist as a songwriter but having such a beautiful instrument sure helps bring my work to life and make my practice time that much more enjoyable and rewarding.

The Way of Life and the Way of Death

The Way of Life and the Way of Death, as set forth by Moses, is the theme of my latest book, a Biblical research work clearly defining the way of life and the way of death for the 21st Century. Issues I will be handling will be the fall of man, death, predestination, witchcraft, homosexuality, one world governance and other topical issues.

Make no mistake, once you’ve read this book you will know what the way of life is and you will know what the way of death is. Only when you see the choices clearly can you choose between the two.
